Super SIMPLE Smoothies

Eat more fruit and vegetables. Work out more. Eat less processed foods, salt and sugar. If these sound like familiar resolutions the smoothie is a good tool to have in your arsenal. My smoothie recipe varies depending what I have in the house, but it usually goes this way: 1 banana 1 generous handful of berries (frozen or fresh) 1 handful fresh spinach leaves or kale leaves 1 scoop protein powder TBS flax oil TBS B12 liquid Scoop superfood powder (currently Amazing Grass Green Superfood) and ice for desired consistency.  I do mix up the fruit depending on what I have, but have been looking for ways to mix it up.
